Self-Supporting Shell
Our investment in a self-supporting elastocast shell provides strength and quality like no other tub on the market! We start with a wide selection of high gloss smooth and textured ABS-backed cast acrylics.
Then a proprietary heat transferring, no VOCs, composite material called Elastocast™ is sprayed on the shell to give steadfast structural integrity.
There is no foam on our shells, 2 x 4s, or PVC because our shells are strong enough and don’t need added support. As you do your research prior to purchasing a hot tub, you will find that the majority of the industry is still stretching plastic on their models.
Warmth And Comfort

FreeHeat™ Perimeter Insulation System allows us to insulate differently than any other company. While other companies use foam insulation that surrounds the equipment, our perimeter insulation is made with high-density polyurethane sprayed on the inside of the walls and underside of the lip.
Finally, the attic of our design is our Mylovac Cover, which is 5” thick and features a full-length baffle that ensures a maximum amount of heat retention. This innovative way of insulating allows heat from the motors to assist in heating the water providing you with “free” heat!
Full foam cabinets do not allow heat from the motors to heat your spa, and also make access for maintenance difficult. We know that the costs of your energy bills can rise during the winter, and having the right insulation can save you money every day!
